You'll be seen 1-on-1 with one of our expert practitioners. During this appointment, we'll go over your medical history and chief complaints, provide a thorough physical assessment, and build a plan of care to start your healing journey. Ample time is provided to ask questions, provide education and insight of which you'll walk away knowing you're getting the best care. 

90-minute appointment - $300

During your follow-up appointments, expect interventions like hands-on therapy, exercise protocols and learning ways to help regulate your nervous system and symptoms. The follow-ups are tailored specifically off your needs and how your body presents. 

60-minute appointment - $250

Follow-up packages for those needing guidance through their pregnancy journey and postpartum recovery.

This deliberate choice grants our specialists the complete clinical freedom to treat multiple interrelated areas simultaneously, entirely unburdened by the restrictions, time limits, or pre-authorization constraints often imposed by insurance companies. 

Your health dictates your treatment plan—not an insurance policy.

Payment is due at the time of service. However, to help you maximize your benefits, we provide detailed "superbills" after each appointment, which you may submit to your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

At this time, Tidal Physical Therapy DOES NOT accept Medicare or Medi-Cal patients.
