Hi, I’m Elizabeth!
I grew up in the quaint beach town of Seal Beach, CA, went to school in San Francisco then Los Angeles, and now call Long Beach my home.
I found my career in physical therapy after watching my brother’s friend go through extensive PT after losing his legs from an explosion while serving overseas. After attending one of his PT appointments, it was like a lightbulb went off! PT offers everything that resonates with me: science/health information, creative practice, wholesome treatment, and patient connection!
After completing my schooling and post-doctoral training in orthopedics, I achieved my goal of becoming a pelvic health PT. I’m passionate about the relationships I cultivate with my patients and aim to offer the best care so they can live their lives free of pain and dysfunction (in body regions that are still considered “taboo” to talk about)!
When I’m not practicing, you can find me exploring local restaurants, training for half or full marathons, buying plants, dabbling in watercolor painting and pointing out all the hummingbirds and home-grown lemons on walks.
Erica is an occupational therapist, wife, and mom to two little ones. She works with individuals to address pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, and functional movement challenges, helping them return to daily activities with greater strength and confidence.
Her passion for this work grew through both her clinical experience and her own journey into motherhood, where she saw firsthand how much support and education are often missing during pregnancy and postpartum. She is especially interested in helping women better understand their bodies and feel more in control of their healing process.
Erica’s approach combines evidence-based care with practical strategies that fit into real life. Her background in occupational therapy allows her to take a functional, whole-person approach, helping clients integrate what they learn in the clinic into their daily routines at home.
She is dedicated to creating a supportive and comfortable environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their care.
